General description of the production line
The main equipment of this production line is disc granulator, which can process powdery raw materials into granular fertilizer. The disc granulator has become one of the preferred equipment in fertilizer production industry due to its simple operation, high granulation efficiency and good particle uniformity. Key equipment and technologies
Raw material handling system:
The first step in the production line is the pretreatment of raw materials. Raw materials typically include basic fertilizer ingredients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements. These raw materials must be crushed, screened and blended to ensure uniform particle size and composition.

Disc Granulator:
As the main equipment, disc granulator uses rotating disc and appropriate angle of inclination to gradually form particles from mixed raw materials under the action of gravity and centrifugal force. The advantage of this equipment is that the granulation process is gentle and can preserve the chemical properties and nutrients of raw materials.

Drying and cooling system:
Pellets coming out of the disk granulator contain a lot of moisture and need to be removed by a dryer. A cooler then cools the pellets for storage and packaging. Efficient drying and cooling systems can improve fertilizer quality and storage stability.

Screening and packaging:
Final particles are screened to ensure uniform size. Pellets that meet specifications enter the packaging stage, while unqualified particles are returned for reprocessing. The packaging system uses automated equipment to ensure efficient and well-sealed packaging.
