The working principle of the flat mold small feeder is as follows:

Powdered feed material from the inlet into the hopper, some models by the tempering device spray steam or water tempering to improve the nature of the material.

Compression molding

• Component structure: the core is the flat die and pressure roller, the flat die is placed horizontally with die hole, the pressure roller can rotate on the flat die.
• Extrusion process: the motor drives the flat die to rotate, the pressure roller rotates with it, the material is brought into the gap between the two, and enters into the die hole under extrusion, and the internal structure changes to form particles.

The long pellets extruded from the die hole are cut to the desired length by the cutter, which has an adjustable rotational speed.

The pellets are thrown out of the flat mold by centrifugal force and collected through the outlet.
