Cow dung pellet equipment use key points: raw material pretreatment need to remove impurities, dewatering to 50% – 60%, adjust the carbon and nitrogen ratio and add fungicide; fermentation using composting method, turn the pile to control the temperature and supply oxygen, high temperature to maintain more than 5 days; crushing and mixing according to the need to choose the equipment granulation, if necessary, plus binder; and then after the drying and cooling, sieving and packaging.
