The vertical organic fertilizer crusher is driven by a vertical main shaft that rotates at high speed, propelling hammer heads or chain assemblies. Utilizing centrifugal force, the material is drawn into the crushing chamber through the top feed opening. The material first collides with the high-speed rotating hammer heads/chains, achieving preliminary crushing. Subsequently, under the influence of centrifugal force, the material is thrown against the wear-resistant lining plates on the inner walls, undergoing secondary collisions and shearing to form fine particles; Some models use spiral deflector plates to guide the material in a falling motion, causing it to undergo multiple impacts, compression, and friction within the chamber. Ultimately, under the combined effects of gravity and airflow, the material is discharged through the bottom discharge port. Throughout the process, a multi-stage composite crushing mechanism reduces high-moisture, high-fiber organic waste (such as livestock manure, straw, etc.) to particles smaller than 3 millimeters, meeting the particle size requirements for subsequent fermentation or granulation processes.
